This case study details the successful brand and social media transformation for Legacy Properties, a real estate company in East London, South Africa, with extended branches including Legacy Home Loans, Legacy Rentals, and Legacy Auctions.

The Challenge

Legacy Properties sought to dramatically increase its social media presence on both Facebook and Instagram for its main branch and its new Legacy Home Loans service. Their goal was to develop a clean, instantly recognizable brand that would stand out in a crowded market and make them the "hot topic of the week" within the fast-paced social media algorithm.

The Strategy

Our multi-pronged approach focused on creating consistent, engaging, and high-quality content across all platforms. We:

  • Created Custom Content: We designed custom static graphics and produced trending video content to grab attention and increase visibility.
  • Managed Ads & Competitions: We handled all ad management and ran a series of quarterly, and later monthly, competitions to boost engagement and grow their follower base.
  • Developed a New Facebook Page: We successfully launched and built a new Facebook page specifically for Legacy Home Loans to expand its reach.
  • Shared Trending Content: We shared relevant, trending content to keep the brand current and increase its social media presence.
  • Wrote Website Articles: We created articles for their website to drive traffic and establish their authority in the real estate market.
